[AMPS] Peak reading vs True peak

The real problem with the peak reading meter is that most of them don't. If
it cost less then 300 bux, it doesn't read peak no matter what the ads say. 

For instance, the MFJ, the Vectronics, and the Paslstar, all use a series
resistor and a small shunt cap for their so-called peak detector. With that
arrangement, the peak reading with a CW source will not even be as high the
the average reading! When asked about this, one manufacturer actually said,
"Well, everybody else does it!".

It's real easy to buy crap these days.
