There have been a couple of recent references to the use of "pulsers" to
assist in tuning final amps.  I think I've heard these occasionally on the
bands.  At least I've heard some strings of rapid, short pulses that I took
to be some kind of tuning aids; kind of a woodpecker sound.

How do these pulsers work, and where do you get them?  I haven't seen any
advertised as such.
