[AMPS] Hot Switching

When I was QSKing my Drake L-7, I took some
measurements on my TS-940. I was astonished
to find that the voltage for the TR relay was
delayed 3ms from key closure. This and the 2ms
operate time of the TR relay meant that the
switching signal to the linear was occuring only
about 500us before the 940 started producing RF!
I found a waveform that went positive upon key
closure and used it to turn on an FET switch.
When combined with fast relays in the L-7, it
made for a nice setup.
