I would, if I was reasonably satisfied that my comments above would
apply.....
Otherwise never.
In this particular case, it's no contest, simply because I'm not =
qualified
to make the call.
I would ask people I know and respect, what they have, and what works =
for
them, and make my call based upon their input.
I would not base my decision upon the discussion here, since I mistrust
motives - on both sides of the fence.
