[AMPS] safety check list

[G SEVEN]

Everyone should have a chronological safety check list committed to memory
and posted in the shack that you can go through each and every time one goes
to open up a amp to work on it. I'll start it, please add on.

1. Un plug main power source
2. Verify HV is not present in the equipment (how?, shorting stick)
