[AMPS] Buffer/Driver Stage for 4-1000 Amp

Thanks for everyone's comments and suggestions. The consensus seems to be 
just use 100 watts of drive with 4KV on the plate and you should be able to 
reach legal-limit output with a single 4-1000 tube. No need to fool around 
with a buffer stage and risk more distortion or overdrive with the 4-1000.
