I don't know why you say that!

When I totalled the results, at 4Kv you WON'T make 1500 watts 
output.

You will barely get over 1500 watts with a 3CX1200 or a 3-1000Z, 
which have more gain than a 4-1000 in cathode driven service.

You need closer to 5.5 kV with 100 watts of drive with the 4-1000A 
in cathode driven service for 1500 out with 100 w drive.
