// Two equalizers in parallel would not solve the open-resistor problem
because the resistance across each capacitor must be the same at all
times or capacitor failure is certain. High value wire-wound resistors
have a higher failure rate than MOF resistors, so the solution is avoid
wire-wound resistors in this application.
