[AMPS] AL-82 Primary Tap Settings

Why not hook it up that way, and use a good AC voltmeter to measure the
filament voltage at one of the tube sockets?  Is the xfmr in the AL-82
common to both HV and filament (as it is in the AL-80B)?  If so, the issue
is somewhat muddied; I tapped my AL-80B on the 240V tap because my RMS line
voltage actually measures 242V, but that led to both HV and fil V being a
bit lower than recommended, so I had to re-open (27 screws!) the cabinet and
re-tap for 220V, now all is well.
