[AMPS] Power Limitations in Other Countries

Are there any countries which don't have a 1500w power limitation for hams?
Just kind of a question that came to mind.  I was thinking that maybe there
are countries where hams could use significantly more than 1500w.  I suppose
those areas would be good for contesting!
