I wouldn't say 'never', but it's certainly a much modified impedance. The filter
effect won't be that much of course, since it's only two octaves up. The load
could be useful in helping stability at the fundamental, though. I seem to
remember  that when I used 572Bs, the parasitic was lower than 100MHz - about 80
if I remember, but it was 35 years ago.
