I forgot an even simpler approach, although I try not to practice it =
often.

If you cannot understand the phonetics, simply tune up on the dx station =
frequency and whistle a bit with a few "testings".  Then standby and =
someone will respond "You SOB fool, don't you know you are interfering =
with ZZ1ZZ".  It really is the fastest approach.  After awhile, you will =
find that people are announcing the dx station call even before you make =
a test. =20
