[Amps] Power Supply Project - part 3 - fixed

Thanks to all who gave me ideas on this project/problem.
The problem was being caused by Solid State Relays that 
were in the line between the powersupply and the wall
outlet.  The fault happened so quickly that it was
difficult to measure.
