I am posting this message for a buddy of mine, Dennis Rex (ex-WA3HYY). Please contact Dennis directly if you are interested in his equipment. This gear is in storage in eastern Pennsylvania, and is available for pickup there only. Dennis can be contacted via telephone (and perhaps email) this week, and he hopes to dispose of his gear in Lehighton,PA, during a visit to the family homestead August 23-25.

Two resonant cavity exciter-amplifiers, 1+ kW output, for approximately 400-460 MHz (of 5 such units made for the military for tropospheric scatter research by National Radio). Exact model number will not be available until Dennis unearths this gear on August 23. The metal ceramic tube in this brute is very large with a single strap handle. Includes power supply in tall rack cabinet. Intended for continuous duty multi-channel tropo links.

Also available:

Collins ART-13 autotune transmitter (http://hereford.ampr.org/cgi-bin/millist?name=ART-13 and http://hereford.ampr.org/manuals/art-13/art-13.html)

Contact Dennis Rex, (408) 202-6571 (August 18-25) or (570) 386-2336 (August 23-25 only) or dennis.rex at swagelok.com.
