Randall,
There's nothing wrong with 4CX350A tubes on 144... they go great as long
as you plan to use them in AB1/AB2 mode only and not Class-C (ever!).
The W1SL design works well and has been repeated many times with
4CX250B, 4CX250R and 4CX350A - when I had mine I used it with
4CX250BM and 4CX350A tubes just fine...
Do look after them with an appropriate screen/grid control supply board
arrangement like The Tetrode Boards (by Ian G3SEK).
I'm sure that there are others on the list that will coment...
