Here is the link for those wanting to download a data sheet on the Harris
RF-1155a solid state amp at 10KW.

This Harris Amp is the first HF amp for communications purposes that i have
seen at this power level with good IMD performance. There are numerous
companies that sell industrial class C amps for RF heating and research
applications  in the multi kilowatt range. Companies like Rhode & Schwartz
sell solid state individual 1 kw amps with combiners to the 10 KW or more
level for HF communications.
