[Amps] High Input Swr SB-220

I have a SB-220 With high input swr. I have ~2.5-1 on 75 at 3850 and much
higher than that at 7200. Switches seem to be in sync. Anybody have any
Ideas?  The caps  look to be the right value. I don't want to start tweaking
the coils if I don't need to. Shorted coax? I can drive the amp but of
course my solid state rig doesn't like the high swr.
I wonder if anybody has any data about tuning the input coils?
