[Amps] ic-2kl question

I have lent my icom ic2kl amplifier and power supply to a friend for 
sweepstakes.  He says it doesn't have 10 meter capability, but I 
remember installing the factory-supplied mod kit for 10 meters.  In 
fact, I have the instructions for the mod.  However, I can't for the life 
of me remember how to switch it to 10meters.  He says the band 
switch doesn't go past the "18-21" position.

I always use it with an Icom transceiver, and maybe the Icom 
automatic band tracking feature via the acc cable put it on 10 for 
me, and I never worried about it.

He's using a Kenwood xcvr.  Can He use it on 10m?  How does one 
switch it manually to 10m?
