To find a selection that are readily available, visit www.farnell.com. Choose 
the UK option (some of the other country links are broken) then online 
catalogue. Follow Electrical & electronic > diodes > rf to get a list of what 
they have. It's dreadfully put together and presented, but there are some 
part numbers for newer HP PIN diodes you can check out elsewhere to see if 
they will suit.

If Farnell can't/won't sell to you, I can get them in and forward them.
