[Amps] .82 ohm

"I would like to get a .82 ohm resister put back in but may test the amp with a
jumper. They are mighty scarce around here as are other values. The only
thing we have in this area are Radioshacks"


If all you have is Radio Shack, 12 x 10 ohm 1/2 watt resistors in parallel would be .83 ohms.  That would be within the normal tolerance of resistors and still be pretty small.
