Thanks to all that have replied to my query on this tube. What I am looking to do is find a good replacement for an old  HF homebrew that has 4 X 811A'a in G-G. I have excessive power and current capability in the PS (3KV @ 1.5 A). I would like either a $ X replacement which looks like the 46B or the 7's or a single tube replacement. I have plenty of room inside the amp for a larger tube.
