Thanks for all replies I received regarding the question
about belts and pulleys - seems that there are several
places where to get these things at a lower price than
from Suplus Sales of Nebraska. 

However, due to "handling and mailing costs" for small
orders, I will try to find something here in Sweden. But
nothing available locally in a small country village with
only 3000 inhabitants  -  but as Johnny Cash sung "God
has got a heaven also for country trash".
