[Amps] Website for QRO stuff

Hello,
Today, while I had some time, I set down and made a sample website for 
use with a QRO place for technical and homebrew stuff. This website can 
be used as a template and is available to anyone who might want it. I 
uploaded it to freewebs for now and may try to find room for it later on 
a paid site, after the 3rd. Any comments would be welcome, and please 
not anything to add or take away.
