WOW, I hope their processes (tube testers, HI HI) work better than their 
spell checker.  Pretty sloppy for a customer letter.   Don't get me wrong, I 
have always admired Eimac - but the public 'face' of a company is so very 
important.  It's embarrasing to have a typo... especially in the sentence 
which describes concern for product quality.   Sigh....
