[Amps] 20kw Dummy load?

Hey guys.  The FCC has authorized the perfect dummy load.

Since BPL has been shown to the satisfaction of the FCC not to cause
interference, all you need to do is plug in your 20 kw rig into the BPL
connection.  The power will be spread out over a large area with suitable
high power equipment.  Because of the large "mass", nothing will heat up too
much.

It is good that the FCC has been looking out for us, so let us take
advantage of it.
