I have a plate transformer out of an operating RCA "A-Line" TV rig which
was recently scrapped. 220V primary taps for 197-240V) and 1620V
secondary (no center tap) rated at 8KVA (yes, thats right, eight) CCS!
There are two other lower voltages available on the secondary winding at
reduced current capability. The transformer weighs close to 200 pounds
and measures about 13Dx14Wx20H inches. Shipping is expensive at
approximately $200 for most areas of the country if delivered to a
business *and* no lift gate charge is imposed (i.e.: someone is there to
unload the truck). I will, however, be willing to make delivery, or meet
a buyer myself, within 250 miles of Reno, NV, just for the cost of fuel
for my Geo Metro (40MPG). Asking $200.00 for the transformer which is in
very good condition.

Thanks,

Jack, AE7DX
