Well, hopefully. Many years ago, as an apprentice, I worked in a high power  
tx lab. On one occasion, somebody had gone into the HV PSU cubicle (it was a  
cubicle - 22kV at 1.5Amps, and 18kv at 3.5 Amps  -  all for 10kW out  at about 
6GHz) and left a large spanner (wrench in American English) lying on  the HV 
transformer - right across the 415 volt 3 phase. Besides taking out the  11kV 
supply to the lab, it had to be sawed away from the terminals......
