Bud:  To me a good choice that satisfies all but your auto bandswitching 
is the Ten Tec 425.  For your #5 simply leave it in the HV (ssb) 
position.  That amp satisfies all but auto bandswitching with ease.  It 
is also a two piece unit...lots less to lift onto the desk.  They can be
