[Amps] Pi-Net Formulas?

Eureka!  I found a source...

  On page 28, of the August 1983 QST, in addendum of "New & Improved Formulas for the Design of Pi & Pi-L Networks" by Wingfield.

  Equations 71-75 which are originally from a 1932 reference are perfect!
