[Amps] old style armored wire ?

Hi,  It's me again, the guy with the 1 KW AM transmitter.

Today's question:

All of the interconnect cables on this thing are made of a
cable that I've never seen before. Not too surprising
since it was probably built before I was born.

The cable is solid copper
center conductor surrounded by a dielectric made of an
impregnated wrapped paper type stuff, then there is
a layer of a fabric type stuff.  On the outside is
a solid metal shield, not articulated like aluminum
armor cable, but solid metal.   The total size is
somewhere between 1/4 and 3/8 inches in diameter.

Wild stuff.  If I bend it too much the outside shield
cracks.  Is it lead?  Aluminum?
