[Amps] electrofilm capacitors

Has anyone here had experience using the new Electrofilm high value 
capacitors. They are like electrolytics, non polar, and go 2X beyond 
the old 450 VDC working voltage barrier.

I see one rated 120 uF @ 1 kVDC for $128 US!!!!
Another is 7.5 uF @ 1200 V for $14.

Price is outrageous, but for a compact power supply, it might be 
worth it. A typical voltage doubler pack for a SSB amp would shrink 
by half or more, maybe.
