[Amps] Tube Identification

Can anyone help me identify a couple of tubes.  They look like 4CX250B's.

They were made by Eimac for IFI and the IFI number is M400.  The only
other markings are what appears to be the date code of 9026 and a
serial number.  I have a pair of these with sockets and Johnson
124-0111-001 ceramic chimneys but have no idea what they can be used
for.

I have a picture available if that would help.
