If you really want zinc chromate primer for your aluminum you can get it 
at Aircraft Spruce in spray cans at a reasonable price. The link is:

If you want a better treatment which can be left on unpainted aluminum 
surfaces protecting it from finger prints, corrosion, common oxidation 
of the surface and which remains very conductive you should take a look
