Glastic GPO-3 may go by the name of "red stuff" although
this might be kind of casual.

An important caveat with it is that although it would be
excellent for the project at hand, be advised it gets lossy
at the high end of HF.  So use it for power supplies and
low-frequency use but not for the RF section, should
you be thinking of that in some other project.
