[Amps] How to shut down mail list

Jim,

I imagine you need to e-mail the admin and ask him to take you off the list for a while if they can. You may have to cancel your account and sign back up when you come back. There's a webpage you can go to for doing this. It's the same one you use to change your password and e-mail info if I recall.
