[Amps] Spam from Members of this List ...

There are some (but not many) email programs which allow one to chose  
between "reply to sender", "reply to the list" and "reply to all".   
However, if you go to the web address shown at the bottom of each  
list message and log in with your password, you can edit some  
options.  One of these allows you to avoid the duplicate messages.
