[Amps] SB200 Sick

I have a SB200 that ate a bandswitch (probably used on
11 meters before me) and replaced same. Problem is
now, no output??
Setting keyed down in cw mode;
radio on 28.500
output of rig 40 watts
B+ = 2350
sag to 2200
Plate current = 500 ma.
Grid = 0

SWR between radio with tuner is 1 to 1
 with amp keyed.
Tune cap NO effect
Load cap very little
 maybe 1 to 2 watts output.
Before bandswitch failed output on 10 meters was 650
watts. 80 meters 40 watts drive produced 750.
Any Ideas????
