You have better eyes than me Cliff. I copied the picture over to MS Picture 
It! and attempted to blow it up. What I found was that the taps off of the 
coil go to the bandswitch. I couldn't find any sign of a torroid. At that 
power level, it would have to be pretty big since you run the risk of core 
saturation and make it easy for anyone to find you, (especially if you have 
a bad tooth ;>). But the seller is a legitimate ham. I would do like Rich 
Measures, run class A at reduced level then you have plenty of dynamic 
headroom should you need it.

i see 3 band switch taps on the 1/2" copper tubing coil, tapped toroid is
 behind band switch
 for 10 grand one could hear it on 11 meters
 who said there is an FCC that is still competent to measure RF output, what
 would an attorney use, a writ of mandamus?
