[Amps] Parasitic suppressor resistor

I've seen that size used for 30kW loads: it was in a special fitting, and had something like 300 gallons an hour of cooling water pumped over it. That's 5 gallons a minute - and these were imperial gallons, not the smaller US gallon. That's a bit short of a US pint per second!
If you got an air bubble, they blew pretty near instantaneously.
