[Amps] Source for rebuilding 8877 triodes

Hello Amp Fans:

I seem to have lost some notes as to which company is currently rebuilding
the 8877.  It seems that coated cathodes represent a problem for rebuilders,
and most do not rebuild this triode.

I would also appreciate your sharing any information regarding obtaining
medical pulls, as my sources for these tubes seem to have dried up.
