[Amps] 3dB Hybrid coupler

Hi, I would like to couple 2 equal 70cm-amplifiers together and need at
least two hybrid couplers, which are able to transfer 200wtts pep on each
arm. Where can I get those parts ? Is there any chance to build them ?
