Hello:

I'm new to this list and this is my first posting.

I do a great deal of circuit analysis for broadcast and communications
transmitter circuits and I would like to find either models, or the algorithm for
creating models for power grid tubes. The audio sector has done a great job with
models for audio, but invariably, those models do not include modeling of the
grid current and screen current. These parameters are important in class B
and class C.

Also I am in need for a set of constant current curves for the 4-400A. The
only curve given on my Eimac data sheet is for 500 volts. I need curves for
other screen voltages; maybe these extra data exists, maybe it doesn't. This
information is going to be used in the design of a screen impedance modulated form
of the Doherty amplifier. This is used in the Continental Electronics 317C-3
50 kW AM transmitter if you're familiar with that. This system I'm designing is
going to be for the 160 meter ham band. I think a pair of 4-400A tetrodes
will work well in such a circuit :-)

Thanks for your help :-)
