Your seller has a screw loose somewhere. He has to pay PayPal a 
percentage of the transaction which he would not with a money order, 
so his insistence is costing him money.

Strange indeed. You're probably better off not dealing with him.

p.s. I have a Master VoltOhmyst too. One of the best VTVMs ever made, 
although I haven't used it in years. Digital meters rule these days.
