[Amps] What blower?

For a given amount of air flow and a given amount of back pressure, the
smaller the blower wheel the greater speed it needs to run at.

The larger the blower wheel the slower it can turn for the same amount of
air flow and back pressure, to a point.

Generally speaking the larger wheel blower will be quieter.

For tubes that require air to be forced through the fins up from the bottom
you must know what the back pressure is of the tube at how much air flow. If
you don't know those two things you can not begin to pick a blower to
properly cool the tube.
