I've got a flaky 903 amp, with a series of devices starting with SRF7058, then SRF7059, then SRF7053. Only ref I've been able to find is that the 7053 is a 100w FET device, but I'm not sure I believe that :) No manufacturers marks evident .. anyone know for sure what they are and/or have datasheets? de w1rt/john
