[Amps] Looking for info: SRF7053 device

The SRF line is by RF Parts. They contracted with Motorola at the time to produce these custom numbers for them. In reality, they are the same as the Motorola line. You can contact RF Parts for replacements. I doubt you'll find any spec sheets on them.
