[Amps] testing 572 B tubes

Measure the power going into the amp and the SWR. Make sure you are getting
the recommended driving power. If your anode current and voltage are as
listed in the manual when under full load, and your drive power and input
SWR are correct, we can go from there. These readings will tell us a lot.
