[Amps] Henry Tempo 6N2

Hello everyone,
I have a 6N2 with an over voltage problem on the control circuit. The 
voltage is 20 volts ac at the fuse when it should be 12. Looking at the 
schematic the voltage is a leg from the transfomer to the fuse and then 
rectified to 12vdc. Has anyone had this problem or have any ideas to rectify 
the problem?

Any help would be apreciated.
