[Amps] ceramic capacitor specs. tspa

I don't believe CRL is making them now, but High Energy and Jennings 
both seem to have comparable procucts to 857, 858, etc, so I would 
suggest using their information on current vs frequency. The ceramic 
dielectric is very similar to meet the same specs.
