[Amps] BAMA - somewhat OT

Peter, 

Works just fine with Firefox but IE7 insists on a log-in to 
the FTP section when I try to download anything.  That log-in 
causes a problem as it does not seem to want to do a normal 
anonymous login. 

The http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/ mirror avoids the FTP issues.
